(1) There shall be a separate fund in the name of the Board. Amounts received from the government, (b) Amounts received from student fees, (c) Amounts received in the form of grants or loans from foreign individuals, governments, associations or organizations,

p>(d) Amounts received from indigenous persons, institutions or bodies,

(e) Amounts received from other sources.

(3) The Board shall, in accordance with clause (c) of sub-section (2) Before receiving any amount, the approval of the Ministry of Finance shall be obtained.

(4) All expenses incurred on behalf of the Board shall be met from the fund as per sub-section (1). An account will be opened and deposited in a commercial bank.

(6) The operation of the board's fund will be done by the joint signature of the board member-secretary and the chief accountant.
